Oriflame is now looking for a Graphic Designer to further strengthen our team.

YOUR ROLE
As a Graphic Designer you
are passionate about communication and design. You are creative and an
outstanding visual communicator. You are open minded, a good listener, very
thorough, proactively ask questions and come with solutions. You are a strong collaborator able to work autonomously and drive your
projects on your own and are keen
to deliver results. You have direct
and close contact with internal stakeholders, work together with them to
understand briefs and then fine-tune designs based on their input.

As part of the
Global Brand and Sales communication team, you always make sure your designs
are aligned and contribute to building one strong brand. You come up with innovative proposals on how to execute in specific channels, based on your experience and
constantly updated knowledge of the market and creative trends.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create design templates and frameworks that can be used in all of our channels.
  • Produce designs that make the intended message come alive across all communication channels in a consistent way.
  • Produce graphic, video, final print pieces, social media content, toolboxes etc.
  • Work autonomously on smaller design projects from beginning to end and together with other team members on more complex projects.
  • Assist the Art Directors in the creative work.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Must have:

  • A degree from or equivalent of Berghs/Beckmans/Art School.
  • Around 2-5 years experience from working in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Excellent knowledge in the whole Adobe Creative suite including After Effects and Premiere.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working with print, content creation for digital channels (websites, social media), film/videos, motion design and animations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects autonomously.

Preferable:

  • Experience with FMCG and/or direct sales.
  • HTML/CSS
  • PowerPoint
