The IT Assistance Center (ITAC), in the Division of Information Technology, seeks a technical professional to assist with the day-to-day support of university owned technical resources as well as the administration of cloud-based applications. Primary duties include; advanced level technical support of various computing hardware including, desktops and mobile devices, assisting with the customization and delivery of software packages, management of OU’s and configuration of Group Policies, administration of license servers and license managers, administration of SaaS / cloud-based services, administration of server applications, and consulting with SaaS vendors, faculty, staff and students.
